This policy explains what personal information is collected through grantboonzaier.co.uk, why, and what happens to it. The short version: only what is needed to respond to you, never sold, never shared for marketing.

Who is responsible for your data

Grant Boonzaier (grant.boonzaier@expuk.com) is the data controller for information collected through this website.

What is collected and why

• Valuation and contact forms: your name, contact details, property address and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Buyers Club: your email address and optional area and budget preferences, used to send you property alerts you signed up for. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing grant.boonzaier@expuk.com.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in the website database (hosted by Vercel and Neon) and sent to Grant by email. Data may be processed outside the UK by these providers under appropriate safeguards.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while your enquiry or transaction is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Buyers Club details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, email grant.boonzaier@expuk.com.
